Agrifood SHOW - 2007 Edition

1st Floor, Palaexpo, Infotainment area: yet another "space" at the service of operators.
This is the interactive part of the event, with practical demonstrations of how products can be used - including very innovative ideas - and a tasting and catering centre.

In order to provide yet another communication approach to exhibitors, Agrifood also proposes "field tests" of their products. Thanks to collaboration with HO.RE.CA. Magazine, the 3 days of the exhibition will allow exhibiting companies to supply their best food products to chefs belonging to the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe – Italy Association.

These chefs will then set up a series of "tasting" tests held morning and afternoon open to guests of these companies and visitors-operators attending Agrifood in an area equipped with two hot kitchens and one cold kitchen.

Companies interested in presenting their products at Agrifood Show are asked to send requests and will be included in a specific programme calendar. The entire event will also be covered with articles and photos in HO.RE.CA. Magazine in an issue following Agrifood.
