


Agrifood TEAM - Overview 2007 edition
Agrifood TEAM in the Conference Centre is the area dedicated to content, training and networking involving companies and operators.
The new Agrifood formula, with workshops focusing on communication, marketing, internationalisation, services, new distribution channels, financing and risk coverage will be held at a particularly important moment for the Italian foodstuffs sector. Production is growing (turnover of 110 billions in 2006, +2.8% over the previous year), while exports improved by 10% compared to 2005. This result was the best performance over the last decade and took exports to 15.2% of total revenues.
Agrifood Team not only focuses on training but also on very delicate topics that small producers are often not entirely aware of.
Attendance at these training days is preferentially reserved to exhibitors (free of charge) but non-exhibitor companies will also be able to attend against payment.
The event will be open to international and national operators covering the various targets in demand sectors. Saturday and Sunday will also see small-scale involvement of final consumers to ensure for companies a direct relationship and the possibility of information and communication action.
Moreover Agrifood will offer another advantage: the possibility for each company to benefit, after the workshop, from consulting by a high level partner, both personalised and dealing with targeted topics.
Training days will discuss the most difficult and complex stages for Italian agro-foods companies: company finance, the internationalisation of markets, communication and diversification of outlets.
